Steve Irwin Day is on the 15 Nov 2011, a day where people around the world join together to raise money for animal coservation.
Irwin founded the Steve Irwin Conservation Foundation, which became an independent charity and was later renamed "Wildlife Warriors Worldwide".
There will be STACKS of fun and activities on Steve Irwin Day, all focused on celebrating and remembering the life of Steve Irwin! So if your in town visit Australia Zoo!
The Steve Irwin Day Gala Dinner will be held in the Plaza Terrace Room of the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre on Saturday 12th November 2011.
This first-class evening includes a sumptuous three-course dinner, premium beverages, top-notch entertainment and appearances from guests of honour - Terri, Bindi and Robert Irwin. Unique experiences and exclusive auction items will be going under the hammer throughout the evening PLUS you'll have the opportunity to meet some of their gorgeous animals on the night.
All proceeds from this fundraising dinner go towards Australia Zoo Wildlife Warriors, so that they can continue the conservation work Steve was so passionate about and continue to keep his dream alive.
